When VOA landing page first comes up the following happns for the animation.
1) Preloader countdown is enabled.
2) Dual images 'duo-tone and 'color images' quickly fade in.
3) Each of the 3 lines fades animates in horizontally 'left and right' mid screen horizontally.
4) Mouse-over for each tab: COMMITMENT.. EXPERIENCE.. COMPASSION.. RESEARCH shows new animation having saem motion in 2,3,4 & 5
