Features: 1) Pop Box automatically appears based on member login. 2) Member first name appears in message 3) Then based on the [ X ] check box selection an email is sent admin. indicating members choice. 4) No need to store choice in any database, since email to admin. will server as record of person's choice. |

2013- Features: • On login user is taken to documents for 2013. Links for archived pages are shown in upper left. • ADMIN uploads PDFs into the following area. 1) Pre-package ( is one pdf for this area only) 2) Board Meetings 3 ) Board Meeting Minutes 4) Trust Agreements Then next year ADMIN many archive this page and start new for 2014. Upon start for 2014 then archived links for 2013 - 2012 will show in top along with new link for 2014. MICELLAENOUS NOTE: Contract year Oct to Sept, so for example year 2012 would be Oct 2011 to Sept 2012. |
