George Armbruster

Profile:
George Armbruster has more than 26 years of experience in corporate-wide cost reduction and multi-national supply chain improvement processes. Thorough knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, distribution, logistics and automated product / transaction data capture is a large part of George’s industrial and consulting expertise.

As Materials Cost Reduction special project director, George developed an automated database tool from SAP data sets to assist re-engineering procurement strategies & processes. This unique tool used is used by more than 60 supply chain & engineering staff in major cost reduction plan of $55 MM.

George led development of automated reporting systems for order management improvement and supply chain alignment at a major $4+ BB international appliance manufacturer. Engagement resulted in more than $22 MM savings and advanced supply / production coordination.
